Utilising your experience as a Magento 2 Backend Developer, you'll play a key role in the team working across high-profile, complex projects. At its core you will ensure the high-quality build and maintenance of backend systems on Magento and Adobe Commerce, collaborating across technical discovery, implementation, and troubleshooting. Of course you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, to be clear this isn't a role for someone who wants to keep their head down and code. You'll be visible, accountable, and trusted to make technical choices that matter. In this same spirit, you'll have your ideas listened to, and clear opportunities to hone your  skills with progression within the Development or Solutions teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive Magento 2 Backend Development experience, agency-side or within an agile environment.
• Comfortable leading technical discovery with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with checkout and payment systems.
• Strong PHP & MySQL experience.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, third=party integrations, and custom extension development.
• Confident troubleshooter - identifying issues early, implementing solutions, communicating effectively.
• Familiar with MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, Cloud Hosting (AWS/GCP), and similar.
• Write clean code, document processes, take pride in your work.
• Good communciation skills, desire to learn and progress.
• UK based, happy working remotely.
