The Opportunity

We're supporting a boutique agency through their next growth phase, beginning with a Senior Project Manager. This agency provides a robust service, offering expertise in technology, marketing, data, and UX to maximise their client's online success end-to-end.

As Senior Project Manager, you'll utilise your expansive experience in digital/web/eCommerce delivery to lead by example, and support the wider team. You'll be hands-on delivering medium to large sized, complex projects enjoying a range of new builds, implementations, migrations, and ad-hoc services. You'll also enjoy the variety of their impressive client base, with a host of purpose driven, ethical clients, and beautiful brands.

Any previous experience of leadership, implementing delivery-focused processes, or agile ways of working will be highly beneficial, however the desire and aptitude to learn is just fine.

You'll be joining a talented, ambitious team with the opportunity to mentor others, whilst gaining mentorship from the senior leadership team. Our client is renowned for providing the tools, environment, and support to thrive from day one, whilst providing a platform to develop your career trajectory.

Whilst experience in key areas is highly desirable, culture-fit is the most important factor. Our client prides themselves on creating an environment that works as a collective, blending speed with quality and talent with care.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Varied experience delivering digital/web/eCommerce projects.
  • Previous experience with complex, larger projects is beneficial.
  • Understanding of PM tools and systems (Asana, Trello, Jira etc).

  • Experience/ability to mentor others, leading by example and championing best practice.
  • Superb communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience/ability to work in an agile agency.

  • Comfortable working remotely from the UK with quarterly travel to the office, and occasional client visits.
  • Any formal PM qualifications are a bonus.
